LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan Senate recorded 632 roll call votes in 2020, and Sen. Dale Zorn made sure to cast a vote on every single one of them.
“Being the voice for the hardworking people of Monroe and Lenawee counties in the Senate is a responsibility I take very seriously — especially in these challenging times,” said Zorn, R-Ida. “Even during this pandemic, I am proud to have never missed a vote and to have continued to serve our community and its people as best I can.
“As the men and women of Michigan’s 17th Senate District continue to go to work each day or struggle to make ends meet during the lockdowns, they deserve to have a senator who shows up every session day to fight for them.”
Zorn has not missed any of 4,114 roll call votes during his time in the state Senate. He also had perfect voting records all four years of his service in the House of Representatives from 2011 through 2014.
In total, Zorn has not missed a single vote of 6,976 roll call votes during his 10 years in the Legislature.
